I appreciate that you responded to some of my other posts. I haven't responded because I've sort of had these conversations in the past and would rather just toss things out for consideration & with a few comments. Posted here long time.
Given the ability of our ancestors to cut/fit blocks together, seemingly with ease if all these walls/blocks/sarcophagi's...
we know that they didn't geopolymer the granite and they cut and placed these in great numbers and with great accuracy...the fit tells us something.
If geopolymer in the Puma Punku scenario...I can buy into that - but could also be cut. Looking at all the South American sites on Vlad9vt's site has me thinking that this could certainly have been done. I posted the above video which, at just after the 20:20 min mark, is something I find fascinating and mind boggling. Such huge weights and so close to each other - close enough that the seem is hard to find and would likely be missed if not carefully observing/studying the blocks.
I really don't think we'd be able to do this today let alone replicate some ancient contraption which is supposed to have accomplished this.
Hope you find of interest.
edited to add (been a long time since I watched this so watched again and glad I did):
take a look at the corner at just after the 11 min mark. Same as what we see in Egypt and some SA sites.
