The present era, with Polaris occupying the CelestialPole, is the means whereby Earth's orientation respective of space is corroborated. That, moreover, provides the current perpendicular point of the Sun on the Globe - wherefrom past, or future, of such is determinable. The precession model (to which instructions are provided in my article: Earth gyration & climate) is most useful in that regard.

By counting longitude increments, each of which represent 1080 years of Earth revolving retrograde for every 15° axial rotation -- nonwithstanding the action being oblique -- upto when the Sun corresponds with Earth's equator, is the means whereby 14210 BC & 1250 BC is determined. On each occasion, in context of the Equinox advancing 180° around the ecliptic, the Polar axis is at perpendicular to the Sun, however slanted the other way - hence 14° & 58° diametrically opposite of the vertical that depict the pole if the ecliptic. The sum of the parameters thus determine the 72° dia. path by which true Polar wander occurs.

Employing 25920 years as one rearward rotation, the min. & max. obliquity parameters --12960 years apart -- are attained in tandem with historical sea level change. If one were to calculate from either -- both coincide with the Sun on the Equator -- the progression of time, in conjunction with changing obliquity angle, provide the rate and distance by which Solstice shift. Equinox is unique by contrast - the location thereof unchanging throughout the ages.

With the above as a guide, 'ancient Solstice azimuth' ought to be determinable for your purposes: the number of SolarYears years elapsed from 14° obliquity in 1250 BC* to the present era having incurred a difference of 10°. Bearing in mind the Solstice Sunrise locations in question being relative to the latitude of Giza, the measurable azimuth, associated with each occasion, can thus serve as a template in context of passage of time and obliquity change.

*further to my previous post: displaying a combined angle of 28° and by general assumption falsely considered to be cross quarter alignments, G1 & G2 Causeways -- respectively angled at 14° -- in actual fact, corresponded with the angle seperation of the Solstices in the era of min.obliquity. Subsequent to which, an interim comprising some 3250 years, mid-Summer & Winter Sunrise points have shifted further N & S, by much. According to legend, at the age of 28 Osiris was cut in 14 pieces with help of 72 conspirators...

Classical precession erroneously predict the N.Pole circumscribes Draco, however, it slices across it, which elucidates associated symbology. Another interesting celestial effect -- the product of diurnal spin -- during the era of min. obliquity ref. images of 'ouroboros' - the dragon eating its tail...

Hudson Bay never occupied the North Pole - the requirement for Earth to revolve around another axis defies means of attainment and 'crustal displacement', were it true, would have greatly upset equinox alignments - which is not evident at Giza. Stage 3 of the precession phases composite provides a better explanation for the extent of glacial due to redistribution of Sunlight (see gyration article - depicting Earth spinning at 58° obliquity). Antepodal Antarctica, aka Atlantis, is a unique continent - rotating with Earth's axis, Plato's description of concentric rings could likely be reconciled with the celestial effect incurred by heavenly objects relative to the era... although, admittedly, that's a hunch :-)

In terms of correlating the Galaxy Centre on the Globe, look no further than Mecca... (ref. image with triangle projected onto Earth - gyration article)
