I am interested in the dimensions of GI-d as well. The dimensions of GI-a, GI-b and GI-c are base 88c; ht 56c, which are one-fifth of the main pyramid. There is an implied pyramid GI-e (Haydn Butler labels it GI-t) - the Trial Passages pyramid - whose remains show that its dimensions were (or were intended to be) base 110c; ht 70c, one-quarter of the dimensions of the main pyramid. Based on these relationships, we would expect the dimensions of GI-d to be a simple unit fraction of the main pyramid.

Concerning GII-a, we would expect its slope to be the same as the main pyramid, which is 4:3.

Sorry - that's about the best I can do at the moment.
