It's interesting, but the earliest examples need to be much earlier to have Moses involved--or even his generation. Israeli based studies seem to want the Moses era to be mythical, because the tribes of that era had not developed the foundations of culture associated with Jewish Orthodoxy. They prefer to start with David:

we can find proto Hebrew symbols to the 16th or 17 century BC--but only about 40 symbol examples.
That's really the best current archeological evidence that best connects the Biblical accounts associated with stories of Noah and Moses--if they were written at that time.
