On the example date presented in my paper here [www.academia.edu], 2800-12-02 BCE, Saturn is close to Castor and Pollux and the Milky Way cuts a line through Saturn.
I then turned to look at potential meaning in the numbers in the offerings here: [grahamhancock.com] looking at the possibility that the 1,000 loaves of bread and the 100 Jars of Beer were possibly unit fractions. 1/1000 + 1/100 = 0.011 decimal. I noted that this fraction when multiplied by the perimeter of the base of the Pyramid (440 x 4 = 1,760 Royal Cubits) equals 19.36. Subtracting 19.36 Years from the 2800-12-02 BCE yields 2781-07-23 BCE. The Egyptian Civil Calendar was known to wander by 0.25 days per year due to the discrepancy between its length (365 days) and that of the heliacal rise of Sirius (365.25) days, creating the Sothic Cycle where only every 1,460 years does the Egyptian Civil Calendar new year synchronise with the actual heliacal rise of Sirius. One of these synchronisations occur in the vicinity of 2781-07-19 BCE, so is approximately 4 days out from the date calculated using the estimated date and the unit fraction.
This piqued my curiosity - could the number 1,760 be related to Saturn in some way. According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saturn) Saturn has an orbital period of 10,759.22 days. 10759.22 / 365 (days to Egyptian Civil Calendar Year) = ~29.48. Now if we assume that the perimeter 1,760 represents years, there are approximately 59.71 Saturn orbital periods in 1,760 Egyptian Civil Calendar Years. 59.71 is close to a whole number 60 but there may be a purpose to the 59.7 here too. The Synodic Period of Saturn is 378.09 days (according to Wikipedia), if you were to attempt a synchronisation of the Synodic Period of Saturn with the Heliacal Rise of Sirius (365.25 days), you would need to capture 29.44 (365.25/(378.09 - 365.25)) cycles of the heliacal rise of Sirius, to confirm it is indeed a cycle, you would need to do that twice 58.89. Indeed in the Babylonian system for Jupiter, they find a Goal-Year period of 59 years. I'm not sure why they would use the multiple of this synodic-period-heliacal rise synchronisation and the orbital period.
As I discuss here: [grahamhancock.com] if you were to slice the Pyramid at 265 Royal Cubits high, the remaining 15 Cubit High Pyramid would have a baselength of 23.57 Royal Cubits which when multiplied by a mathematical constant of the Golden Angle (137.5 degrees) yields 3240.8 degrees. Extremely close to the Babylonian system A numbers for Saturn which states in 265 years Saturn will complete 9 rotations or 3240 degrees.
These could each be coincidences, but it begs the question of whether it is intended design?
