I'm an Aquarian myself so know a fair bit about the sign.The water pitcher symbolises pouring knowledge upon the world,but the pitcher itself can represent the womb, fertility and birth.( Still using a funeral urn/pitcher for rebirth even today)Where you have the womb symbolised you have the Goddess I have also seen a symbol with 2 pitchers but cannot remember where.I think the 2nd pitcher is pouring Healing waters.The sign is represented by 2 zig zags of water, upper and lower heaven. Both Aquarius AND Capricorn were ruled by Saturn. It was only when Uranus was discovered that they assigned it to Aquarius.Capricorn ( Saturn) is a Sea Goat, climbing to the top of a mountain before plunging to the bottom of the ocean and repeating the cycle.

Also at the moment both Virgo and Gemini are ruled by Mercury.I don't know if you are aware of the Decans. Each zodiac sign is split into 3 parts of about 10 days. Being born in the middle makes you a true sign, either side means you are picking up from the neighbouring sign. It doesn't make much difference except in Aquarius. Some treat the first 10 days as still being ruled by Saturn,no other sign has this.
