It's quite apparent that this was the time that the human race emerged.
Whatever "khnum" was it mustta emerged right along with them.
We people today have a hard time separating magic and superstition from our understanding of ancient reality. We have a difficult time separating our beliefs and assumption from the facts and logical understanding.
In a very real way "khnum" was the protector of the king and was born at the same time right around 40,000 BC.
Our assumptions do not fit the facts and logic so the assumptions must go.
