As you know, in approx 12,960 years the Belt stars will precess from maximum culmination to minimum culmination and then a further 12,960 years (approx) to return from min culmination back to max culmination. And on and on it goes, like a pendulum, swinging between max and min culmination.
I realise your interpreration infers the traditional axial 'wobble' associated with precession, whereby the phenomenon is perceived in terms of the horizon-level undergoing a see-saw-effect against the background sky. The only actual pendulum action however, is Earth's perturbed axis incurring variable obliquity in the course of true Polar wander, thereby slanting 14° & 58° -- diametrically (Virgo-Pisces) opposed -- w.r.t. the pole of the ecliptic, hence min.& max. inclination. Inversely, the product thereof is min.& max. culmination of celestial objects at meridian transit - observed in context of the vertical plane, the apparent perpendicular 'height' of celestial objects respective the horizon, vary over long periods of time. Given their rising & setting locations change and the subsequent arc across the sky is accordingly greater or lesser, therby effectively 'sliding' higher or lower. All the aforementioned is the consequence of a singular motion: Earth's retrograde rotation*, in combination with the polar axis incurring obliquity variance - the latter also a product thereof.
Significantly capturing the midway turn-around of the cycle (two instances - 13 millennia apart), the azimuth targetting of the equator by G3 Causeway -- alternately and concurrent with 180° equinox reversal -- respectively align with the Zodiac constellations Gemini & Sagittarius. Thereby, remarkably, providing both stellar and Solar references in commemoration of two events: max.obliquity / min.culmination in the era 14.210 BC and 13 millennia hence, min.obliquity \ max.culmination, in 1.250 BC.
* The direction of precessional motion is unswayed, not 'to & fro' but continually clockwise respective the North Pole - Earth rotating rearward, W.S.West, therefore the progression of the sky is continuous, E.N.East. In context of elementary reference-framework concerning the Belt star asterism, its slant essentially varies, thereby moving out of kilter respective the correlating diagonal comprising the Giza pyramid-group. The 'fix in time', provided by the founders, is when those two components achieve 'lock-on' (that ought to occupy you for some time to come :-D) Perplexity and chaotic speculation oozes from this post...
...to establish a specific date we need to know four things:
1) The date of max culmination of Orion's Belt.
2) The date of min culmination of Orion's Belt.
3) The correct intersection point on the Lehner-Goedicke Line (Precession Timeline).
4) The direction of the precessional motion at the time the Gizamids were planned/built. This is absolutely crucial.
If I can just elaborate on point 4 above for a moment. We need to know if the precessional motion of the Belt stars was moving from Max to Min culmination (G1 Queens to G3 Queens) OR from Min to Max culmination (G3 Queens to G1 Queens). Knowing this will then allow us to determine the dates of the two culminations. This is to say that if the precessional motion of the Belt stars was (at the time the pyramids were planned/built) moving from max to min culmination then that means the G1 Queens (max culmination markers) cannot be 2,500 AD because the Belt stars will not precess in this direction (max to min) until after 2,500 AD when the pendulum swing changes direction.
This is to say that the current precessional motion of the Orion Belt stars is moving from min to max culmination (G3 Queens to G1 Queens)...
We can ONLY answer this question by knowing the direction the Belt stars were precessing when the Gizamids were planned/built...
Unconventional, your clock-face method of aproach is cause for much consternation regarding the direction the quirky clock is meant to be ticking... (how on Earth pre-flight capable people are supposed to tell the time thereby, only Heaven knows :o) Short of providing you with a construction date, the fundamentals designated here, I trust, will otherwise help to ward off some bewildering speculations. The underlying function of the complex is not to inform us when it was constructed - the design of Giza, uniquevocally captures 1.250 BC (obtained from my crystal ball of course ;-) Whether chronology of Egyptian history compiled by authorities is also in confusion, I cannot say, however, for technologically smart 'designer-builders' construction, pre-flood or c.2500 BC - regardless, such need not at all be contemporous with the time it depicts...
But LOOK - there's a FOURTH point also right on that circle and it is the NE corner of G1.
Now it is entirely speculation on my part here but this may be the marker we need...

Astronomical alignments of Giza & the original intended tangent points to the true Giza circle elucidates the underlying function of the pyramids. The invaluable derivative obtainable from the device and which our specie ignore at great peril, is the pending... max.obliquity / min.culmination in 11710 AD -i.e. the peak... needless to say, save for our friend's confusion, we are headed toward it - undeniably substantiated by nature: glacial retreat = rising sea level.
