Hello Scott,
I have not checked this, bus as one can see in the diagram the Lehner-Goedicke Line misses the South-East corners of Khufu's pyramid and Khafre's pyramid. This same line is only 0.8 meters off the Menkaure pyramid South-East corner.
The inter-quarter lines miss the Khufu South center and South east quarter position. They also miss the Khafre East and South base positions. So what does work out is the center base, as also the South and the center of the South and East sides(the former is off by 1 m).
As I have stated the position of the Khafre pyramid was dictated by the position of mountains in Greece and Egypt. Also the change in center angle created a relation to the revolution period of Mars(see Clive Ross's work). But I have another explanation to why this particular angle was chosen, one that relates to Orion!
