Hi David,

The ratio 561/560 is very familiar to me as I have been utilizing it as the ratio factor between the Polar Meridian and Equatorial Circ. values of the Earth in my system for many years now. It also has turned up as a factor in my Radian analysis studies of variant Pi values utilized in my Speed of Light discussions previously. It is I think a very important base ratio for many applications which you seem to have discovered likewise.
