Hi David,

The unit 110/63 ratio as a cubit value is interesting from a number of standpoints. Just as you mention the Nippur cubit ratio John Neal used of 63/64, so to this ratio converts the more recognized unit of 20.625 ins.RC x 64/63 = 20.95238 etc. / 12 ins. = 1.746031746 Ft. RC. I have looked at this figure as an inverse value or 63/110 = .575757cyc., and recognized this decimal value as the same Radian unit equal to inverse Pi as 7/22 when divided by 1.8, to obtain .31818cyc. In my previous presentation that mentioned this figure of 1.746031746, I dubbed it the Wolfish Vesica, due to it's similarity to the differential tonal ratio known as the Comma of Pythagoras. Also known as the Wolf interval in musical harmonics, specified by the expansion of Octaves and 5ths ratios. This is something that obviously intrigued ancient minds for a very long time it looks like. It would appear that the ratio 110/63 expressed the closest rational value of this differential to those studying it a long time ago. How it was applied is the biggest question to me now. The loaf in the description of the Royal cubit name, suggests to me the semi circumference value 180 degrees, which corresponds to the 1.8 divisor in my previous calculation. I like the 9/10 mtn./valley idea of the glyph also. I don't know if those wily Egyptians were studying sine waves at that early age yet, :) Just a few more ideas to consider in the interpretation of this glyph perhaps.

Best regards,

Stephen
