the interpretation of the cartouche is mine and i have done some more work on it. Interested to hear about the link to Michell.
The left hand symbol is supposed to represent the sedge but has 4 wings so is more likely to be a bee especially with the curved sting. I have it representing the number 7 as 4 wings head body sting. It can also represent 6 via the honeycomb hexagon so can represent 42 but not used here.
The semi circle represents the loaf and also if the radius is 1 the half circle represents 22/7 halved so 11/7.
The bottom symbol represents 10 peaks and 9 valleys illuminated by the rising or setting sun.
The right hand symbol represents the royal cubit so 7 royal cubits are represented.
the royal cubit is then
11/7 x 10/9 = 110/63 or in inches 1320/63 x 7 = 9240/63 = 146.666r or 440/3.
146.666r is the eclipse number I wrote about in my last book.
the royal cubit is 770/441.
so your corroboration is quite something also your Egyptian foot as 63/64x 12 that is in the nippur cubit.
770 / 7 = 110
441 / 7 = 63
(110 x 12 = 1320 or 10 x 11 x 12 / 63) x 7 = 146.666r and fusion disappears behind the Moon.
9/10ths of the cubit is one half pi as 22/7 so it links to the sekhed
just using the numbers your Egyptian foot is 7 nippur cubits of John Neal's 1.6875 feet
7 x 1.6875 = 11.81250 x 64/63 = 12
I suggested the imperial base unit is 11.88 inches not 12 and the Egyptian foot x 176/175 = 11.88 so the whole integrated system in ratios is revealing itself via cubit lengths.
