The height of the pyramid 280 Royal cubits of 20.625 inches = 481.25 imperial feet = 437.5 Indus Valley feet.
Now 437.5 may look odd but in the present imperial system of measure 16 drams or 437.5 grains = 1 ounce and 16 ounces or 7000 grains = 1 pound.
So the height of the pyramid 437.5 Indus feet or 7000 digits as there are 16 digits to a foot sits well with the concept of 22/7. The base of the pyramid 440 Royal cubits 756.25 imperial feet and 687.5 Indus feet or 11000 digits.
Now the Babylonian value for pi 3 1/8th or 3.125.
Height of pyramid 280 RC X 3.125 = 875 / 2 = 437.5
Base of pyramid 440 RC X 3.125 = 1375 / 2 = 687.5
Now if the Babylonian value for pi 3.125 the Egyptian value 3.1604 for pi 22/7 and Fibonacci's value 3.141818181 are being used at Giza then others may be as well. Dune has demonstrated 3.1416.
By the way just to be clear my extension of the Egyptian value from area to circumference by repeating the process is my copyright. 4 / 9 x 8 = 3.5555 / 9 x 8 = 3.160493827 is not mentioned in the problems Jacob has raised and so I am claiming copyright.
The above process is what is known as 'squaring a circle' however it is by no means close to the real pi. A much closer example of this I published some years ago. I thought about the Egyptian values 9 and 8 but decided they were not close enough so I took Petrie's advice and looked at 5's. It is the method that is the key.
Will elaborate next post.
