That looks like a good possibility as well, but like all those dilapidated ruins now, how will we ever know for sure? The only thing that bugs me about that idea is that if the unit of construction was the cubit of 20.625 ins. as you suggest for the height, that figure divides into 1034 Ft. as 601.6 cubits for the perimeter. Looks rather odd to me that value. And if you take the Imperial measurement stated as 259 Ft. x 4 = 1036 Ft., it gets even more distorted in those cubits as 602.7636r units. So it's obvious both calculated measurements they are giving are wrong, it's just a matter of by how much.
