I'm honestly proposing this as a theory, I was hoping this board was filled with people who would at least give it a go.... Anyone?.... Bueller?
But to be fair, it's only a little more than half that distance away. It did start me thinking about a possible golden number that has been used. I'm willing to entertain all possibilities, including it must be a certain distance away from it's original source. Sounds funny and certainly a far stretch, but I feel it's within these improbabilities where we find our solutions. ie. the response "that's weird" when coincidences no longer present themselves as such.
Okay, lets say he did hide in a cave... That's all we get to hear about that story from him? LOL, wow, that would have been a fantastic tale of survival, let alone the onslaught of questions that follow. But there's nothing? Not a word...
Okay, lets say he did hide in a cave and kept his tale a secret and was able to Jedi mind trick the world into not asking him a word about his father or his adventure. Not a single noblemen, member of the church, town scribe, old man in the woods spoke to him about it, at least there are little to no accounts of it which include zero stories.
Okay, lets say he did hide in a cave and kept his tale a secret and was able to Jedi mind trick the world into not asking him a word about his father or his adventure but who was his dad? Again, not a lot to go on here. He sent his son way to study at a young age. He remarried and had 6 other kids. Two years? in a cave? no way...
