In Clapham Junction, the vast majority of ruts pairs run through a totally eroded and disturbed terrain full of holes, bumps and cracks and it is also the case between the ruts.
And it is to such a point that for most of them we can distinguish no particular continuous identifiable shape, and thus we cannot reasonably reach a clear conclusion in a sense or in the other one. It is necessary to be intellectually honest on this point.
