One thing that is getting washed out in these old B&W photos is the seam that runs right through the shaft block Which we can see depending on contrast lights up bright white including some of the chipping around it:
A picture of the opposite wall taken from the same period before the walls were cleaned of graffiti:
Like magic no "water marks" along the bottom of the walls. Though it stands to reason both shafts would be spewing "waterfalls" of water, even if only just the one we would expect to see the same floor marks on all the walls yet they are clearly not there.
So, what was this again about "undeniable proof"?
