Why the qualifier re meaningful?

Come on. The Animal Horns were not introduced as examples of Egyptian technology, so why bang on about them?

The quarrying was a yet to be agreed upon combination of impact, fire and water, and abrasion. TTBOMK

The finer work more of the same plus copper saws, adzes, drills.....a lot of time and manpower...a lot. I'm not a fool.

Depends on what one means by advanced. I tend to view this aspect of the discussion from an anthropology level.

My view is to wonder at how anyone, given

If I say I experience the same wonder when free associating with so many who appear, to my mind, to have so little faith in man's capabilities, that they have trouble allocating them to their forebears...would you be surprised or offended?

So I assume then that you do not find some of my more scathing sarcasm as personally insulting as some others here do. That it is like it is with yourself an expression of your/our incredulity with the others conclusions.

I've been accused of online arrogance for years.

Why then should that stop us from free associating, challenging, proding and poking, whatever it takesw to get the other to appreciate where we agree and or differ?
