All right then. I read it as cutting stone out of a quarry. No big deal. I am aware of using sandblasting on head stones. The surface is polished first. It's not that deep. It is more the contrast between smooth and a rough finish, to read a name. You would need to guide me to a place on the internet sandblasting deep pockets being faster than the finest metallic chisels.
