Building a comfortable nest in a cave is hard enough without saws, hammers or even a pocket knife but to live in one you'll also need clothing, food, and water. Do you know how to get these? Just surviving is life's booby prize since everyone does it and no one gets out alive but to actually live and do the species any good you'll also need to attract a mate. Even if you find one willing to live in the nest how good are you at caring for young without midnight expeditions to the drug store? Without google will you even know what it needs?

Humans can no longer survive in most places without our technology. We would probably be extinct in less than 50 years. If you could set seven billion people down on one of those parallel earths that never had an infinite number of pyramids no one would be alive in twenty years.
