I did read what you wrote. I took "In the closet" to mean something to hide.
I wouldn't ordinarily associate "in the closet" with a persons sexuality, gay or otherwise..
I also wouldn't personally regard being gay as a "homosexual condition" or a "condition" at all.
For me it is a lifestyle choice which is entirely up to an individual to make and I entirely support and celebrate their freedom to do so.
