Plz keep in mind there's evidence that supports the AE's use of wooden sledges, or sleds...no drag marks present. Also a given (RC) block certainly could've been slid, dragged, etc. and then placed with the drag-marks, (assuming there are any) facing downward, outward, etc. (And slid into place on wooden rails.)
Ask yourself, WHY are the Glyphs inverted in Lady Arbuthnot's Chamber??? (The AE never write/paint upsidedown.)
The builders knew that these quarry marks wouldn't be seen, 'ever'....IMO, they're signing their work, and leaving their mark(s)...a modern-day similarity is signing your name in a concrete sidewalk, etc that you had just poured.
The markings are original to the build, and Vyse being the Discoverer proves this.
(According to Petrie, Vyse did damage a Glyph while blasting in the RCs.)
Campbell's Chamber roof blocks are Tura Limestone until proven otherwise.
THE Cartouche in Campbell's Chamber IS Authentic, as are ALL other RC's Glyphs, until proven otherwise.
