Of course they think these things. When you say someone believed in countless gods and effective magic you are necessarily calling them bumpkins. There's not necessarily anything wrong with being a bumpkin but you are still claiming they reject science and God. In this case they are corpse drippings tip toeing bumpkins who endangered their lives to drag tombs up ramps. You can't get away with just saying bumpkinism is noble and wise so we'll not use the word bumpkin. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and stays regular like a duck you can call it anything you want but it's still a duck.
A 100' tall pyramid requires a tiny little fraction as much effort to lift the material as a real great pyramid. You can call it a "duck" and people will laugh but if you call it a "pyramid" then you are trying to hide something. You are trying to hide the fact that RAMPS FOR BUILDING PYRAMIDS IS NOTHING BUT ASSUMPTION; eally bad, unevidenced, and contraindicated assumption.

This suggests either aliens didn't build either of them or they built both. It doesn't suggest when they were built or how.

I must know the assumptions in order to affect their thinking and this really applies to you as well. You can't explain how you know what you know to someone with different assumptions. All you're doing is repeating the same facts over and over while ignoring facts that don't fit your conclusions. This is pretty much what we're all doing including Scott Creighton. But Creighton does have facts to support his argument and Egyptoilogy has never bothered to even test or examine the reality of the chemistry and other details of these markings.
It is Egyptology's job to show the reality and not to sit smug in their ivory towers basking in our shared ignorance of the facts.
