Because we already know the rules;
1 Lack of ramps proves they used ramps.
2 lack of bodies in pyramis proves they were tombs.
3 lack of any understanding of the ancient writing proves they were superstitious and believed in magic
4 this same lack of understanding proves that later Egytians were exactly the same.
The problem is that we don't have a void of evidence to prove our points. We each have some evidence to suggest that there's a reason for the void of evidence.
How can anyone argue with rock solid assumptions? Of course they used ramps to build tombs and were highly superstitious like later Egyptians and we know because they spoke gobbledty gook and left all the wrong evidence for our assumptions. They used the exact same building materials to build great pyramids as they used to build tombs and the exact same people did the work and were buried in actual tombs built of stone. This is just all so highly logical that when some flat earther comes along and says maybe it was otherwise it's just best not to test anything. Imagine everyone's embarrassment if they actually did thermal imaging and it showed hot spots where none can possibly exist!!!!
The only reason people believe this clap trap is that they are taught this nonsense. Egyptologists can't even tell a pile of ruined mud from a great pyramid and work hard at obfuscation. Since the ancients only spoke nonsense it makes perfect sense that only Egyptologists can understand it. Since Egyptologists don't like doing real science and real testing at least since Petrie's day it makes perfect sense to just assume the testing isn't neccesaary because all the facts are known.
