They're using a 'ground-penetrating radar antenna' to 'look' behing the shaft plug??
They could just as easily use GPR from the exterior with a base configuration in the QC! What a waste to drive an 'Upuat' up the shaft...
This is very odd indeed. There are problems with using this kind of equipment too - for starters, the returned wave can't always be confirmed as accurate. I don't like this at all.
I want a camera inserted into the 'bottom' opening.

Now I'm confused. In your opening post to this thread you say a 'fibre optic camera' will be used to peek behind the plug. The official report says 'ground-penetrating radar'.
Is there anyway you can personally confirm this for us?
